KAPU SOLUTIONS · PRIVATE BETA · ON-DEMAND US MANUFACTURING

One network for every part you need to make.

FORGE is a vetted network of US manufacturing shops — CNC, metal additive, polymer and resin printing under one roof. Post a job, fund it, get parts shipped. Scale from a single prototype to a production run without re-sourcing. FORGE is in private beta: the operator network is small and currently concentrated in Hawaii.

WHY FORGE

When your line stalls waiting on a part, the bottleneck isn’t engineering — it’s your supply chain. FORGE is built to shorten it by posting each job to one board of vetted US shops, where an operator with the right process, materials, and capacity can commit to the spec — so production speed keeps pace with your team.

CAPABILITY

One source for
every process. One job board.

Most shops do one thing. FORGE spans the whole network, so machined metal, printed polymer, and finished assemblies are all sourced, tracked, and paid through one platform — no new vendor to onboard for each process.

CAP-01
CNC Machining
3- and 5-axis milling and turning in aluminum, steel, titanium, and engineering plastics. Tight-tolerance production parts and fixtures.
5-AXIS TURNING ±0.001"
CAP-02
Metal Additive
DMLS and SLS metal printing for complex geometries, lightweighting, and consolidated assemblies that can't be machined in one piece.
DMLS SLS ALLOY
CAP-03
Polymer & Resin
FDM, SLA, and SLS in production-grade polymers — from rapid prototypes to functional end-use parts, jigs, and enclosures.
FDM SLA NYLON
CAP-04
Finishing & Post
Anodizing, media blasting, heat treat, tapping, and inspection — chained onto the production job so parts arrive ready to install.
ANODIZE HEAT TREAT QC
CAP-05
Scale on Demand
Spin one prototype, then re-run the same spec at volume across multiple shops in parallel. Capacity flexes with your roadmap.
1–10K UNITS PARALLEL
CAP-06
Materials Breadth
Engineering thermoplastics, metal alloys, composites, and specialty resins — the material spec is set on the job and confirmed in the QC packet.

THE FLOW

From CAD file to delivery in six steps.

STEP 01 / 06
Create your account
Email and company name. Commercial accounts are active immediately — browse the template library before you post.
STEP 02 / 06
Post a job
Pick a template or upload CAD (STL, STEP, OBJ, 3MF). Set material, tolerance, quantity, delivery window, and budget.
STEP 03 / 06
Fund the job
Pay by card through Stripe. Funds are held in escrow and the job goes live to vetted operators the moment payment clears.
STEP 04 / 06
An operator accepts
Vetted shops see the job on their board. The first to accept commits to the spec and timeline. You get their profile and equipment list.
STEP 05 / 06
Production + QC
The operator produces and submits a QC packet — photos, dimensional measurements, and a pass/fail QC result.
STEP 06 / 06
Confirm delivery
Parts arrive matching spec, you confirm, and payment releases to the operator. Leave a rating for next time.

THE NETWORK

Vetted shops,
qualified one by one.

FORGE qualifies every shop by capability — process, equipment, materials, production yield, and a sample-job QC pass. The network is in private beta — capacity is concentrated in Hawaii today, and new shops are qualified as they apply. The process tiles shown here are illustrative, not operator listings.

TWO TRACKS · ONE NETWORK

Commercial by default. Federal when you need it.

Post commercial work in minutes — no DUNS, no CAGE, no clearance. The same vetted operator network runs federal procurement on a separate, gated track for authorized accounts, limited to unclassified work.

Agencies & DoD components

Federal procurement runs on a separate, gated track. Access is enabled for authorized accounts after review. The track is limited to unclassified work and is not certified for ITAR, CUI, or classified handling.
